As a Florida wedding photographer based in Tampa, I work with couples who care deeply about their marriage and the moments that mark its beginning. I create an encouraging space where you can relax, be yourself, and feel deeply loved, so your photographs reflect who you truly are.
I’m a pro at making people say, “Wait… that was actually fun?”
I turn nerves into laughter, stiff shoulders into relaxed hugs, and “we’re not photogenic” into “okay… wow… is that really us?”
As a wedding photographer, I’m really good at reading the room, knowing when to guide and when to step back.
I know when a little humor saves the moment.
Fake laughs almost always turn into real ones. Science. ;)
I’m excellent at finding flattering light and angles for your wedding portraits without making you feel posed, awkward, or not "you".
I’m also highly skilled at making distractions disappear. Exit signs, background strangers... If it doesn’t belong in your love story, it’s gone.
But what I’m best at is helping women feel CONFIDENT, comfortable, and truly beautiful in front of the camera.

For a long time, I was shy and deeply insecure.

Through photography, my husband, and my faith, God gently shifted my perspective. I began to understand that the things I once labeled as flaws were never mistakes.
They were intentional. Purposeful. Part of His design. And if God creates with intention, then beauty was never something I had to earn or fix. That realization changed everything.
Picking up a camera slowly gave me a new way of SEEING. Not just other people, but myself.
Photography became a place of healing for me...
A place where I learned that beauty isn’t about perfection. It’s about truth. About being known. About being loved well.
That’s why this wedding photography experience matters so deeply to me. When I photograph a bride, I don’t just see how she looks.
I see how she’s loved. The way her fiancé looks at her. The way her shoulders soften when she feels safe. The joy that shows up when someone feels truly seen instead of judged or criticized.

How could I argue with that? Our wedding photography business was born that day, (and yes, that’s exactly where our business name came from!!)

Now, twelve years into marriage, we still love and genuinely like each other, have five kids, and truly enjoy the work we get to do together. We’re grateful to support other couples as they begin their marriages, creating the kind of wedding day experience we wish we’d had ourselves.
When COVID hit, and Adam unexpectedly lost his job, we decided to step fully into photography together. What felt uncertain at the time became a blessing in disguise, giving us the chance to serve couples with our whole hearts.
Adam surprised me with a camera for my birthday. What began as capturing our everyday moments quickly grew as others asked me to photograph them too, and that’s when the first seeds of Works of Wonder Photography were planted.
After years of choosing each other across
miles and seasons of life, Adam drove the entirety of the United States from Washington State to Florida, proposed on the beaches of Naples, and we were married just three months later at nineteen. It was our own kind of fairytale.
Life moved us states apart for a season, but years later, we found ourselves at the same church again. It was a GOD thing. Adam asked for my email (through his sister), and a four-year-long-distance relationship began.
Adam and I met in a youth group at a small country church in Georgia when we were thirteen. Young, smitten, and unaware of how much God was already weaving into our story. Adam knew at this point already that I was the one. I was infatuated, but too shy to even speak to him.

Our smart, sweet, wise beyond her years girly. She's obsessed with cats in general, will be your best friend in about ten seconds flat, and can hold a conversation for hours. She’s determined to be a wedding planner one day, so she plans our family “events”. She loves teaching her siblings!
Our charming encourager who hands out compliments like it’s his job. He dives head-first into any challenge, works hard without being asked, and absolutely adores babies. They adore him right back. He’s our wild child and will probably challenge you to a race… and expect to win.
Our overly honest, wonderfully sarcastic kid who will have you laughing without even trying. He’s our rainbow baby, obsessed with food, and known for his strong opinions. Anything to do with cars & Legos are his love language, and he thinks deeply about everything.
Our cute stinky. Determined, a little shy, and deeply in love with animals. She spends her days “training the dog,” bossing around anyone who will listen, and sticking close to her“honey,” Nate. She loves singing

and caring for her babies like a tiny mama.
Our baby girl who completed our family that everyone is obsessed with. Sweet, adventurous, and always on the move. She wants to climb everything, and be wherever her siblings are. Her dimples transform her whole face, and she brings joy with her everywhere she goes.

I’m happiest outside with my family, barefoot if possible, with a coffee I didn’t finish still sitting somewhere nearby.
I love slow mornings, deep conversations, and nights that end with laughter and “The Office” reruns.
I’m a homeschooling mom of five, which means my days are full, my to-do list is never finished, and quiet moments are intentional, not accidental. Life is a beautiful mix of structure and flexibility, noise and stillness, and learning to hold both at the same time.
I’m a big believer in faith, family, and doing things with care. I don’t rush what matters. I don’t do things halfway. And I take protecting our bride’s peace very seriously. (Probably because our house is rarely quiet.)
I’m calm, observant, and naturally encouraging. I notice when people are nervous, overwhelmed, or need reassurance, and I tend to show up gently but intentionally. I care about creating spaces that feel safe, warm, and grounded, where people don’t feel like they have to prove anything.
